Maitland Women’s Vets Coffs Harbour 2010

The weekend of July 23rd , 24th and 25th is the half state North Veterans Championships in Coffs Harbour. Maitland has 3 Teams accross 3 differant age divsions from O 35 to O50′s.

The maitland 1 team had 2 wins with a clean slate

The maitland 2 team had a win as well

The Maitland 3 played really well but at the time of writing this i do not know the score as i was umpiring on a differant field.

I will try and have some photos up ASAP for those intrested

we are staying in really nice apartments in palm beach across the road from the beach, can hear the crashing of waves so relaxing after a day of blowing a whistle and hitting a ball around.

Mens Midweek Winter

Proposed Comp 4 teams minimum to be nominated for comp to start. (by the 22nd of June, comp will start earlier if I get faster nominations)

Wednesday nights 1 game at 7pm 2 games at 8-9 pm available. 6 teams 7 teams with a bye. 8 teams 2 byes.

6 -a-side.

Fees (to be confirmed)

$90 – Rego players not currently registered in 2010

$30 – affiliation fee per player (those registered to newcastle or another association)

Turf fees will be charged per team. so depending on how many players you have will be costs. looking at a 10 week mini season $425 per team. You’ll divide that between 6 $70, 7 $61, 8 $54, etc.. of course if their are byes you will pay less etc..

Under 18′s this is a Men’s comp. All under 18 players will require approval by the MHAI executive. approval will be based on skill, experience, and proper and adequate adult supervision.

Well Fun was had by all at our Training day to keep this website up to date and hopefully become the life and party of our association, for all to see.

We Thank Gab Noronha for his tireless work in getting this up and going and helping us to learn to be able to maintain this site for the better of our Hockey community. We also thank Ros for her help in getting us all in one spot to learn this.
