We will be having our first meeting for 2012 on Wednesday next week 18/1/12. At this meeting we will be looking at age groups, types of competitions, Hook in2 Hockey, school promotions and timeline.

We will look at rules of the competition in February.

We will also be discussing ways of ensuring all clubs/ Teams engage in an active way in the meeting process.

Please ensure that everyone is represented to ensure your views are known.

Bounce Back SMS Message Service

A new Message service has just been started to make finding out if games have been cancelled or to pass messages on to our members. To access this message SMS; mha to 19922767. If you haven’t received a Bounce Back Card yet please ask for one.

Notification for U/7s & U/10s will be made by 4.15pm on a Wednesday afternoon or as close to the weather changing or incident occuring that may have caused the cancellation.

U/13s will be made by 5.15pm for 6pm games and 6.15pm for 7pm games. U/18s will be called by 5.30pm on a Tuesday.

Women 12 midday for the first game and 3omins before each following game.

What if my phone returns a message like “premium service barred”?

199 22767 is a Premium SMS number, just like the numbers you can SMS to vote and enter competitions on the radio and TV shows such as Big Brother. So your mobile phone plan must be able to send Premium SMSs to use this service.

Vets, now called Masters, is a full state carnival this year. It is in Bathurst from Thursday 28th – Sunday 31st July. Please read attached newsletter. Nomination form is also with newsletter.
